We collect only what a quote needs, we use it only to answer you and fulfil an order, we never sell it, and we delete inactive enquiry records after 24 months. There are no advertising trackers on this site.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we receive the fields you filled in: name, email address, telephone number, company, city, state, postal code, the product type, service, grade and quantity you asked about, your message, and the address of the page the form was submitted from. The page address is captured automatically so a grader knows what you were reading when you wrote.
Our hosting provider records standard request metadata — IP address, timestamp, user agent — in short-lived operational logs used for abuse prevention and to enforce the rate limit on our form endpoint.
What we do not collect
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site sets no cookies at all.
- No analytics product that profiles individuals.
- No payment card data through this website.
- No data from children; this is a business-to-business industrial supply site.
How we use it
To prepare and send your quote, to arrange freight, to fulfil and invoice an order, to keep a record of what grade and prior-contents documentation was supplied with which units, and to answer warranty or claim questions later. Keeping that record is the point of doing business in writing.
Who it is shared with
Form submissions are transmitted to our lead-management provider, which stores them on our behalf under contract. Freight details are shared with the carrier assigned to your shipment. Nothing is shared with anyone else, and nothing is ever sold, rented or traded.
Retention
Quote enquiries that do not become orders are deleted 24 months after the last contact. Order records are retained for seven years because tax and packaging traceability rules require it.
Your choices
Write to hello@ibctotemarket.com with “privacy” in the subject line to request a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within 30 days. If you are a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Utah resident, your state statute gives you these rights explicitly and we honour them for everyone regardless of residence.
Security
The site is served over TLS, form handling runs server-side so API credentials are never exposed to a browser, and the form endpoint is rate limited. No system is perfect; if you believe you have found a vulnerability, write to us and we will credit you.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date at the top and note what changed. See also our Terms of Sale and Accessibility Statement.
